Office 2013 language pack - Pinyin Ruby Text

To Whom it may concern,

I now use office 2013 but am unsure how to activate the Chinese pinyin ruby text that I was using in 2007.

If I purchase the 2013 Language Pack can you confirm that I will have the same ruby text ability that was on offer in previous versions of Office.

I have read in a previous QA that this was the case but the user who was asking the question still could not display the ruby text.I am unsure if it was the user or the soft ware.
