Excel lookup multiple selections from list of 4

I am trying to create a lookup from a drop down list of collections i have 4 collections and in each collection i have anywhere from 25 to 50 choices.  Is there a way to set one column with a collection choice and based on that collection in a separate column only show the products from that collection?  Ex.

Column AColumn B

CollectionProduct

AIf i choose A i get only the 20 product that are in that collection?

BIf i choose B i get the 40 products in that collection?
