Transposing horizontal data sets to vertical

I would like my data to be organized automatically by macro by transposing horizontal data sets to vertical.

I usually use a data sheet for each type of data.. and I have a total of 4 sheets: Temperature, Wind, Solar and Humidity.

A data sheet usually have this kind of format and information which i just copy and pasted from a database~ the first column is intended for the daily dates (2013-01-01) and the succeeding columns corresponds to the hourly data from 01hr~24hr.

And I would like  to make a macro that could transpose and organize all of my data on the 5th sheet, called "Summary". I want my data to be organized in this manner~ The first column will be "2013-01-01 : 01" to "2013-12-31 : 24" and the next columns will be the data for the Temperature, Wind, Solar and Humidity.

Can anyone please help me? Sorry I cant upload posts with images or links because my account is not yet verified~

Thanks~
