Problem with formatting Rankings in Pivot Table

I am trying to create a report for my company, where I compare and rank the sales figures for our sales reps according the branch office, region, coast and within the entire company. So far, the data is correct, but the formatting is confusing. In this sample, Richard B's sales is $63,121 and ranks as the #72 salesperson within the entire company, #2 in San Jose (the branch office), #13 in the NorthWest (regional division), and #35 in the West Coast (coastal division).

I want my Pivot Table to list the Sales and the salesman's rank in comparison with other reps within his branch office, region, and Coast.

I want to be able to hide or delete the repeating numbers in the Pivot Table, and list the rankings underneath the Office Divisions so it looks like this:

                         Total Sales                                          Rank

                                                               Office    Region  Coast    Company

RICHARD B.           63,121                          2           13        35            72

However, when I run the Pivot Table, my table looks like this (can this be fixed), or does it have to be done in another program? Thanks!

RICHARD B.

                          63,121 72
San Jose                          63,121 2
Northwest                          63,121 13

West Coast

                          63,121

  35
