having external links from workbooks open on seperate computers automatically refresh or update on destination work book when value is changed in source workbook

i have a team of 60 that have a table (workbook) to log sales. ive created the external link in a cell on the destination workbook and give in the formula that pulls information from the workbook i want and when both are open on same computer it works fine but when workbook is opened from separate computer the destination workbook is not updated.
