Excel Conditional Formatting Question - How do I clear conditional formatting if a "date recieved" cell is completed with a date?

I have a cell that turns red to alert the user that the account documents are 30 days past due based on the account open date. I also have a cell that we can enter a date when the documents are recieved. I would like to clear the conditional formatting or change it back once the documents are received. Please help.
