I have a user that is having issues with PowerPoint 2013 locking up randomly and consistently when editing the formatting of a picture she inserted into the presentation.
I have run the quick and the normal repair. I have also updated her graphics adapter. I have also checked the option to disable hardware acceleration. She has no add-ons installed other than the ones that came with the office 365 install. I am at my wits end. I have googled all I can google and still have found no solution to this issue.
She is running a Dell E6320 with 4 gigs of Ram, 500 gig hd I5 processor and Windows 7 Pro X64.
Oddly we upgraded her because her Excel crashed all the time and the upgrade cured that but she is now having issues with PowerPoint.
