Original title: Locked File Issue.
Hi Guys,
I am wondering if you can help.
I have a client using a Windows 7 x64 SP1 workstation who accessed files from an SBS 2011 Box [domain]
When more than 1 user accesses a document or SS it locks as expected but displays a user who does not exist or is not using the file, it happens with all files. and funnily display the correct user locking the file in file and share management!
The first thing I did was to check that each user was registered in Office as themselves and they were, the 2nd was to check the properties of the file paying attention to the author and this was also correct and showing a domain based user as the author, I tried removing the user properties from the file and still the issue exists.
Does anybody have the answer!?
