I have recently upgraded to Excel 2013. Excel files I created in Excel 2003 and which I made "read-only recommended" continue to be read-only recommended. I would now like to remove this feature, but can't find anything in 2013 that allows me to do that. The only option seems to be restrict access not to remove restrictions.
Any help would be appreciated.
