Excel 2010 Jump List Not Working

A Windows 7 PC running Office 2007 and 2010 has no jump list for Excel 2010. Word 2010 and Access 2007 both show their jump lists. All 3 are pinned to the taskbar. Is there a reg edit that will fix this?
