If OR statement with a Data Validation LIst

This is My Formula:

=IF(OR(B9="Joey Ride East",B9="Joey Ride Central",B9="The Main Ingriedient",B9="Devine",B9="Public Parket",B9="Postino East",B9="Postino Central",B9="Postino Arcadia",B9="Windsor",B9="Federal Pizza",B9="Gallo Blanco",B9="Hillside Spot",B9="Sain Francis"),"G1:G5",IF(OR(B9="The Parlor",B9="Nellos Pizza",B9="Cafe Boa"),"I:1:I2"))

The result will be a Drop down list  of numbers depend of the  criteria

I got the as anwer "I1:I2" also I have tried to use Indirect(Cell number) but it doesnt work because is an  IF OR statement.

Any thoughts ?

Maybe there is other way to do this
