Format Macro doesn't work

I have created a macro to format a SpreadSheet, mainly it manipulates Column widths and Row heights. The last think it does is sets a print area.

When I run this macro it seems to go through the motions, you can see it working its way through the sheet, but then as its last step it puts all column widths and row heights back to default settings.

If anyone wishes to assist me on this just let me know how I can make the VBA or SpreadSheet available to you.
