V look up range issue

Hi Team,

When shared my excel template, all vlookup formula take my system file range instead on same sheet,

Before sharing to my team members: I have applied below formula

=VLOOKUP(C37,'Employee database'!$B$4:$P$401,2,0)

After sharing the template it is takeing like below.

: D:\C\2014\Feb-2014\24-Feb-2014\Raw_Files\[database.xlsx] 'Employee database'!$B$4:$P$401,2,0) instead above formula.
