May I check with you if MS exchange can auto-send categorized emails from single mailbox to different recipients.
For example,
Email A is categorized to red
Email B is categorized to green
Email C is categorized to blue
Other than sending those emails to one single user email account, can it be sent to different users respectively?
Does it require additional scripting on exchange server
In this case,
- The email address post on website for feedbacks: feedbacks@email.com
- Different outside user send feedbacks to feedbacks@email.com
- MS Exchange route emails to MS Dynamics CRM for categorization
- After those emails are categorized, MS Exchange route back those email to different internal email addresses sourced from feedbacks@email.com automatically.
