Excel Date picker become in active

Hello Developers,

I inserted date picker in excel 2010. It works fine if excel file is saved on my desktop but if i attach that file to email and if try to open the file

1. than first i get excel security warning saying some content disabled- enable contents
2. when i enable contents than date picker control get blury, i have to resize the  control using design mode that it will work.
3. some times when i open the file i see 2 data picker 1 working and another just image.

Can someone help to reslove this issue?
