My user is doing some operation in Excel workbook with Marco, when he do one operation, it's supposed to lead-in a browser, then he can selest to file to open, but now it prompts"there are more than two excel workbooks opened - please respond OK, close all Excel workbooks in this instance of Excel apart from this workbook and the PSR".
We have tried the same operation on other machines, it completed. User has also re-installed office 2010, that won't help.
