import HTML file saved on my computer to Excel 2010

Hi,

I am trying to import a HTML file to Excel 2010.

when trying the option of 'get external data from web' it only allows me to import a table if it's on the web.

when I enter the path of the HTML file saved in my hard drive the 'Import' button is grayed and I cannot continue.

any idea?
