I have Excel 2010 version where I created some pivots out of the data. I tried saving it in xlsx and also in xls and send it to someone who is using 2003 version. 2003 machine says file conversion , but all functionality to edit a pivot is disabled. Is there any other compatibility settings that 2010 have before sending it to 2003 version users?
