Hello,

I've got an odd issue with a user whose Excel 2013 64bit keeps crashing randomly (Cannot seem to replicate - Seems random). There are no add on's enabled and it doesn't crash the whole laptop, just that application (Outlook still runs in the background - doesn't affect other office applications).  The user also has local administrator rights.

The laptop' specification and Windows event log for the application are below:

Also the user is accessing the excel spreadsheets across the network with a wired/wireless connection and its crashed with multiple excel spreadsheets opened and a single spreadsheet open. Processor/RAM usage doesn't max out and excel is running with full administrative rights and compatibility mode isn't enabled. Tried getting the user to run Excel in safe mode but it still crashed.

I have performed a repair/re-install of office 2013 64bit already and the machine is fully up to date, any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Nick
