Save as PDF Page Formatting

Hi All,

I built a tool in Excel 2007 which allows the user to publish a formatted output to PDF.  To get around the fact that the excel pulls the printer metrics from the active printer, I had the tool load up the MODI printer and use its metrics so I always had a consistent borderless printer driver source across all users and all was well.

I have a problem on the horizon though, my work is moving their OS across to 64bit Windows 7 and the MODI does not run on 64bit.

Is there a way to manually define the printer metrics and force excel 2007 to use those as a pass through when creating a PDF, alternatively can I just tell it to ignore the active printer like you can in word?

Failing that Is there a better fixed page formatting method in either Excel 2010 or 2013?
