Excel Bug?

Hello.

My company is running Windows Office 2010 version 14.0.61 32bit. I have found that some of my admin staff have reported a problem with adding a footer and a header to their workbooks. When you insert a footer and a header and proceed to scroll down the workbook, all of the cells start to run together.

Now this problem can be recreated by creating a brand new workbook, clicking on insert, click Header & Footer, and scrolling down the screen.

I have done a clean install of Office on the affected computers and this did not fix the problem. I have also tested this problem with computer off site and some have this same problem.

Now the crazy thing is not every computer is having this problem. Checking the versions to see if they were different showed that they were the same as the affected computers. I'm at a loss and any suggestions would be great.

Thank you.
