[DIFFICULT] last update time of a query-based table

I have a table T that is populated by a query (the query take data from other excel files)

I need to know WHEN the table T was been update for last time.

The file has been modified many time in last months. The last modified date is for another sheet inside the file.

I want to know which age have the data inside that table T.
