Hello,
We have a Windows Server 2008 terminal server with Excel 2010 Professional Plus on it.
The first time a user opens an Excel sheet it comes up with the below error:

if they try to open the same sheet again afterwards it will be fine.
It seems the Office suite is fully up-to-date.
Can you suggest a solution?
