I need a formula to count data from row b8:hh8 (the values in these cells will either be blank or numbers, there could be duplicate numbers). I do not want to count blank cells or duplicate cells. Also, if in the corresponding column in row 16 the cell says"Not Analyzed" then I do not want to count that cell either.
