Return data from Microsoft Query to Excel 2010 truncated

Dear microsoft, excel expert or anyone who can help me..please help

I tried to import data from sybase database using ODBC connection. Query run perfect and I can see the data from Microsoft query, but when I return the data to Excel 2010, data with varchar data type is truncated. Varchar size is 20

I think it is not database issue because if the data imported using access or open office, the data is not truncated and beside that microsoft query display the data without problem
