Excel 2010 - Excel formula issue

Hi,

I am having a problem with this formula, I believe it is related to Quotes issues, which is causing me that problem.

Here below is the formula that I am trying to pass.

ActiveCell.Formula = "=SUMIFS(AO5:AO300,C5:C300,""=" & _
        CC & """,F5:F300,""=" & ContNbr & ",AO5:AO300,""<0" & """)"
