Hi
In my company there are several users which use Windows 7 workstations and MS Office 2013 install on it. On File Server (Windows Server 2003 SP2) there are a lot Excel 2003 documents (.xls) which this users want to open and change / update them. The users cannot save the changes on their excel documents and get massage "Access denied”. I check all permission, users have “READ-WRITE” access. User can save other file on same network drive like JPEG, BMP etc. but can’t save Office 2013 files like Excel, Word, PPT.
I logged one of the users on Windows XP workstation with MS Office 2003 on it and everything is OK, user can work regularly on same “READ-WRITE” access.
I think that, there is some problem in MS Office 2013, which make this problem. Temp file don’t get deleted with “READ-WRITE” access and I don't want user to get "MODIFY" delete access .
Please help
