cannot switch to outlook when launch the windows for "send to recipent"

Hi All,

I'm just wonder when I right lick the desktop file and "send to recipient", indeed it can launch the email box for drafting. But it cannot switch to MS outlook either by click the outlook in task bar or press Alt+Tab.

Below is the information I found from web saying it is MAPI limitation. What I wrong to ask ....is the office default behavior? And workaround can fix it? Thanks
