Move/Copy Worksheet from one workbook to another

I'm trying to replace a worksheet in a workbook with a worksheet from another workbook. But, when I try to copy the 2nd time it doesn't ask if I want to replace the existing sheet, it creates a 2nd sheet with the same name with (2) after it. How do I REPLACE a sheet???
