I have 6 PC's linked via a server. A xltx file saved on the server for the purpose of this its called document.xltx when 5 of the pcs open the file
it opens as document1.xlsx which is what we want. The other PC opens it as the original document.xltx.
I can't seem to find a solution to this. I have changed the registry so that excel.template/shell reads New and excel.template.8/shell reads New (although 8 already did)
This hasn't solved the problem.
Please help!
