Excel 2013 listview control issue

Hi,

I have excel 2007 and 2013 is installed on the same machine. list view control on the excel 2007 is working fine. but in excel 2013 is not working. i can able to place the control from the developer tab but when i try to insert a new column it's throwing a "invalid property value" error. i understand that 64 bit version office will not support MSCOMCTL.ocx but our office installation is 32 bit only on a windows 7 64 bit machine. Kindly reply....
