Excel Power View don't work after change of language

I use Office 2013 Professional Plus and are developing a Power View with maps.

I created the Power View with my Excel in English.

When I change the language from English to Swedish in Office and load the Excel-file with the Power View the map stops to show any data.

If I change back to English and restarts Excel and load the file the map is working again.

I also see that the background map is allways in English no matter what language Office has Active.

How can I make it language independent? Or is it a known bug.

Windows 8.1, Office 2013 Pro Plus
