Excel Special Time Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with special time format in format cells screen.

For example; I wrote 14:15 a cell. Then format cells-spcial - dd   I want see only minute.

I looking everythink ok Looking minite. But I was close excel with save. Reopen same workbook, minute cell write 01.

I was open again format cells screen, I wrote there dd now it seems aa.

How Can I solve this problem.
