Office 2010 files are not getting saved if user has Read+Write+Modify rights and deny on delete.

Hi Guys,

We have assigned users to READ/Write/Modify permission on a folder but deny on delete . Now it is working fine with office 2007 but for office 2010 files users are not able to saved their file. they can create file but can't modify . however if i provide them delete rights too then they can .

Any help.
