How do I duplicate rules for each row?

Hi there,

I am currently building a form that will require a row of cells to turn grey if the input in the dictating column of cell is anything other than 'N.A.' I am currently able to do this for the first 2 cells with rules for each of the other 6 inputs but it is impossible to do this for hundreds of rows.

I am not able to insert the image hence this is the explanation of what I have done so far, =$D$15="Advance", where this formula is true, it will grey out a row of cells (=$E$15:$J$15). I then have to repeat this for "Urgent", "Medical" and "Unpaid".

I will like to find out if there is a way to duplicate these rules for all the other rows below or even smarter way to do this?

Thank you so much in advance.

Cheers,
