default cell format per file in excel 2010

Hi
all cells format for specific file got default "date", meaning any new sheet I open, all the cell in this sheet got default format as date, if I open new file the cells format is general as should be, it is only specific file that got different cell format.
I cannot find a way to change it anywhere
Any advices?
